Time to become one with nature – and possibly get that Art in Nature shot (September’s project theme). Put on your hiking shoes and enjoy the ocean breeze at Torrey Pines Reserve. Kim Signoret-Paar will lead us on an easy hike on a beautiful summer day. Get some great shots, enjoy the fresh air and have fun with your fellow Poly photogs.
This will be a late afternoon event.
More info to come.

Why oh why is Lightroom so scary and confusing for some of us? Thankfully we have Nick Agelidis to help us understand this program a bit more. Nick is a wonderful teacher and a master of Lightroom. Pick up a few pointers and get de-mystified.
OK, so this is not really a POLY event. TODAY IS THE DAY. The eclipse is in the morning. You can google to find the time in your area. If you’re under the path of totality, good for you! If you’re in San Diego, don your eclipse glasses and view the partial.
FYI – you should be wearing eclipse glasses! You can buy them for a nominal fee at the Fleet Science Center in Balboa Park.
