Poly is proud to support and showcase the next generation of photographers. Since 2018, proceeds from our annual raffle at the year-end banquet have funded scholarship awards for photography students throughout San Diego County.
Members voted on the top 10% of the judged submissions — 117 images in two divisions: 73 High School and 44 Community College/Continuing Education. Awards are given in both of the two divisions:
• First Place: $125
• Second Place: $75
• Third Place: $50
• Six Honorable Mentions: $25 each
The award ceremony is June 20 at 1:00 pm in the Student Showcase area of the Exhibition Hall at the SD County Fair.
