2022 Year-End Winners

2022 Year-End awards were presented at the Poly Photo Year-End Awards Banquet on January 28 at the La Jolla Country Club.

    • Image of the Year:  Reflection by James Woodward
    • Van Nostrand Best of Nature:  Thor’s Well by Heidi Gauthreaux
    • Bob Rittenhouse Most Creative:  Metal Library Dome in a Thunderstorm by Jim Mildice

2022 Year-End entries – 247 images: 166 Realistic, 59 Altered Reality, 22 Project – were judged in December by a panel of three guest judges: Ron Garrison, Greg Klampt, Sally Reis Vogt.

Darlene Elwin wins 1st Place in national competition

Magnolia by Darlene Elwin won First Place, Monochrome Division, in the 2022 PSA Councils Challenge, this is an annual competition of the Photographic Society of America (PSA).  Darlene’s image is in the PSA Journal, November issue.
